Lance La Rocca; President and CEO of La Rocca’s Janitorial Service started in the cleaning industry back in 1988, “over 31 years ago!” Lance has had a very orderly and “detailed” action plan vision to “detail” clean the world, one home and office at a time!!!

Lance has also implemented all of this into his staff to also include teaching his staff to also be “very respectful and very polite with all of our customers, while at the same time of course performing our fantastic detailed services.

All of our janitors are fully vetted and reference checked. LJS cleaners are uniformed and quality checked at regular intervals, ensuring ongoing high standards. We are an ethical business, with employment practices in place to retain good staff, including a fair rate of pay.
